Once you have completed a job, your customer must record the job as being finished. Once they have done you will be given the opportunity to provide feedback about the customer. This is useful for other tradesmen that might do work with that customer in the future. When the job is complete, simply view it and you will see a page similar to that shown below:

You can see on the right hand side that you can provide a star rating of between 0 and 5, as well as adding a comment. If you are happy for your comments to be visible by all other Jobbit users then make sure you tick the box. Then just click on “add rating”. That’s it, your work is done, now time to find the next one!
