Job description: My dining room ceiling has been water damaged due to a slow leaking hot water tank during this year. The white ceiling has visible marketing and I'd like it repainting. Please quote to include checking that it's safe to repaint over, plus any work necessary to make it safe. Colour matching of the ceiling would be necessary as well as I don't know the original colour.
