Job description: I recently had a new thermostat mixer shower put in; however since then i have had an overflow. I brought another plumber who said the problem was the cold pressure was pushing the hot water back up to the tank and this caused the overflow. He put in a Pressure Reducing Valve; the overflow didn't stop immediately but the next day it stopped. It was fine for about a week but now the overflow has come back again. Do you know what is causing this and is there a solution? If there is please let me know and we can arrange a time for you to come out and fix it. Please let me know asap.
